Moritz Neumüller
Imagine(d) History

Today, history is not merely written and taught it is artificially produced, remixed, and shaped by platform design.

An exhibition exploring how history is constructed today, contrasting physical photobooks with a large-format conceptual collage.

We live in an era of 'synthetic consensus', where machine-generated content and filter bubbles often hold more credibility than established experts. Curated by Adam Mazur and Moritz Neumüller, this setup features a dozen carefully selected photobooks that convey history through an artistic visual medium. Opposite the open display cases is a visual conceptual diagram: not a traditional museum text, but a collage simulating how historiography emerges today within unstable digital systems.
